The Purpose of Somerset Day Care
Our purpose is to provide, our parents in the community, a healthy happy environment where children may have the opportunity to explore and develop their own unique individuality while helping to better prepare them for a happier adjustment into kindergarten.
"A GOOD BEGINNING NEVER ENDS" and preschool is where learning begins.
The happiness and well being of each child is of utmost importance to us. We help to develop each child's growth socially, emotionally, physically, intellectually and spiritually. Because children differ in experience and background, and do not learn the same things at the same time or in the same way, our curriculum is adapted appropriately for each child. Our atmosphere is a safe 'home' environment where children are worked with as individuals and in small groups as a whole and given meaningful activities that are developmentally appropriate. Daily outside play (weather permitting) is provided to encourage your child's physical abilities.
While enrolled with us your child will be provided a loving, Christian based, enriching atmosphere in which to safely learn and explore developing life skills, social interaction, relationship building, positive self-image and self-confidence.
Our main goal for your children is to provide them with the foundation necessary to help them realize their full potential, both in the immediate present and as they grow to their successful future.
